Students,
We would like to welcome to the TBDI staff brother Jeremy Evans, who pastors in Michigan. He will be working as a mentor and administrative instructor.
Pastor Jeremy Evans trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour at the age of 7, when he was led to the Lord by his mother. After 17 years as an assistant to his home church in Lupton, Michigan, the Lord led him to leave Lupton and become the pastor of Bible Believers Baptist Church of Tawas City in 2014. Pastor Evans earned his associate degree in law enforcement at Pensacola Christian College in 1996, but returned home to Michigan with a call to preach on his heart. Re-enrolling in Lupton Bible Institute, Brother Evans received his bachelor’s degree in divinity in the year 2000. Brother Evans went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2007 as well as his Master of Pastoral Science Degree in May of 2009 from Great Plains School of Divinity in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Upon entering the pastorate in 2014, he realized the need to make changes and to continue in the things which he was trying to learn (2 Timothy 3:14), so in 2018 he enrolled in TBDI completing his Christian studies certificate in 2020 and then earning his Bachelor’s in 2023.
Bro. Evans is looking forward to working with the students and staff of TBDI, and we are glad to welcome him aboard.
